Housing projects worth over OMR9 million coming up in Oman

Muscat: The Ministry of Housing (MoH) has released costs of various housing projects that it has been constructing in Oman.

In its effort to provide housing for residents, the MoH has been working on nearly 365 different housing units in different areas around the Sultanate. The total cost of these projects amounts to OMR 9,112 million.

Here are the list of the various projects, location, and costs:

— 90 housing units, a mosque, shops, and a centre for traditional crafts, in Ibri: OMR1.831 million.
— 151 housing units a mosque, shops and a majlis, in Mahout: OMR 2.744 million.
— 55 housing units, a mosque and a majlis, in Hima: OMR1.831 million.
— 69 housing units in four different locations in Nizwa: OMR 2.706 million.
