Experience flavours of Morroco at Grand Millennium Muscat’s, Morrocan Food Festival

Muscat: Grand Millennium Muscat Hotel, an award-winning five-star hotel located at the heart of the city, is pleased to announce the Moroccan Food Festival, taking place from 27 February to 18 March , 2023.

The festival will feature a team of expert chefs from Morocco who will showcase their skills and expertise in authentic Moroccan dishes. Guests will have the opportunity to experience a variety of cuisine incluing live street food cooking stations and cooking classes.

During lunch, guests can choose from an a la carte menu or a three-course lunch set menu for only OMR 8.5 per person from 12:00 pm – 3:00 pm. Dinner options include an a la carte menu from Friday to Wednesday from 18h30 to 22h30. On Thursdays, guests can enjoy the Moroccan Street Food Nights.Friday nights will feature a section during the Grand Street Food Night along with street foods from other coutries.

For those interested in learning more about Moroccan cuisine, the hotel will be offering traditional Moroccan cooking classes Mondays 6th and 13th March. Classes start at 10h30 Am to 12h00, and will be held at Bahriyat restaurant for OMR 15 per person.During ladies night on Tuesday 7th, 14th and 21st March, Chef Fatiha will host a special dinner at the rooftop pool during the ladies night. Ladies will be presented with the most delicious traditional Moroccan food overlooking Muscat skyline– only @ 15 OMR / Person
