MGM partners with Muscat Festival 2018 and launches promotional offers

Muscat: Muscat Grand Mall (MGM), the leading shopping and entertainment destination in Oman, is one of the participating sponsors for Muscat Festival 2018, which kicked-off on January 18 under the theme of ‘Let’s Celebrate Together’.
The 18th edition of the festival takes place at Al Amerat Park, Al Naseem Park and the Oman Automobile Association, as well as participating halls and cultural clubs. The festival will end on February 10.
Commenting on this enduring popularity of the festival, Hassan Jaboub, general manager of MGM noted, “Every year, the Muscat Festival is a major tourism and commercial drawcard for Oman, and we are proud to have a continuous partnership with the festival to ensure its success. To celebrate the festival, we are introducing a new ‘Shop and Win’ campaign to provide MGM with great offers and special discounts at many of the mall’s stores. The promotion gives shoppers the chance of winning the grand prize of a stunning Lexus LX 570. Additionally, we will also be hosting family-friendly events and activities in the mall.”
‘Shop and Win’ which celebrates Muscat Festival 2018, is the first shopper campaign launched by MGM this year. Customers spending OMR 20 at any participating MGM retailer can enter the prize draw to win a Lexus LX 570. The campaign also includes special in-store discounts of up to 70% off, as participating outlets.
With the recent opening of its new mall expansion, MGM has introduced an even wider range of brands to the mall, including Fauchon Paris and the Museum of Illusions, which is the first of its kind in the Middle East. Additionally, MGM also welcomes international brands making their debut in the Sultanate, such as Riva and Riva Kids.
The shops within the new mall expansion include clothing and fashion brands such as Max, Babyshop, Splash, Shoe Palace, and La Moda; retailers of perfume and fragrances like Amouage, Oud Elite, and Kalakas; jewellery store, Pure Gold; optical outlet, Paris Optics; confectionary, Royalle Chocolate; and diner/café, Cioccolat Italiani, and GNC, the nutritional supplement retailer. The new stores complement the huge range of shopping and lifestyle outlets at the mall, including the likes of Monalisa, R&B, and Sharaf DG.
The new development is also set to welcome VOX cinemas within the premises, alongside accommodating expansions for Carrefour and Homes R Us in the new wing.

Winners of the draw will be announced at the end of the promotional period. The ‘Shop and Win’ campaign concludes on March 1.
