Oman sends condolences to New Zealand
The Sultanate of Oman has expressed its sincere condolences to the government and people of New Zealand, following Cyclone Gabrielle which swept several areas of the country. Oman conveyed its sympathies and condolences to the families of the victims and wished the injured a quick recovery. Three bodies have been found after Cyclone Gabrielle lashed New Zealand. Meanwhile, about 11 army trucks have arrived at the Hastings Sports Centres, Hawke's Bay, where about 9000 people were displaced as a result of floodwaters and damage from Cyclone Gabrielle.

Oman oil price today reached 83.47 US Dollars, comprising a decline by 1.72 US Dollars from the price of yesterday (Tuesday), which was 85.19 US Dollars.The average price of Oman oil has stabilized at 77.43 US Dollars per barrel, thus 8.72 US Dollars per barrel lower than January Delivery 2023.
