Al Naba Cricket Tournament 2023 back in action

Al Naba Cricket Tournament 2023 back in action. The 10th edition of the tournament was held in Misfah.

A total of 16 teams from Al Naba including teams from Salalah participated in the knockout tournament. This unique tournament saw riveting cricketing action, with our Jr. Staff showcasing impressive skills with the bat and ball. They also showcased high-level sportsmanship and camaraderie and gave the spectators a chance to come together and enjoy the sporting entertainment during their weekend. This grandiose event successfully gained popularity since its inception 10 years before. In what it took a breathtaking finals Royal Brothers Barka emerged as the champions of 2023 edition of the Al Naba Cricket Tournament.

Our guest of honor Shri. Praveen Kumar, Second Secretary (Economics & Commerce) & Head of Chancery, Embassy of India, Muscat witnessed and encouraged our employees who played the finals said that he was happy and delighted to see an event being conducted by the company for its own employees, and it is one of the best example of humanity, care and affection. He specially thanked H.E Sayyid Khalid Bin Hamed Bin Saif Al Busaidy, the Chairman of Al Naba Group for his wonderful support and care he has shown over these years towards all his employees.

Al Naba Sports Organizing committee headed by Mr. Rajesh Gonsalves thanked Bank Muscat for sponsoring the winners, runners’ trophies, and special prizes for all the games, also Ooredoo and Friendi mobile for their extended support.

Reiterating Al Naba’s commitment, all the employees who participated said that they were happy to be part of such a wonderful organization that promotes diversity and Inclusion and said they are waiting for the next events like football, volleyball, Badminton, bowling, snooker which are part of outdoor and indoor games very eagerly.
