Muscat: Some parts of Muscat and North Batinah might see rain, according to the government’s weather men.
“There is good chance of Muscat getting some rain tonight or early hours on Tuesday,” an official of the Public Authority for Civil Aviation said.
Mainly clear skies are forecast over rest of the Sultanate with the chance of late night to early morning low level clouds in some parts of Oman.
In its 24 hour outlook the Public Authority for Civil Aviation said: “Clear to partly cloudy skies over Musandam governorate and parts of Oman Sea coastal areas and Al Hajar Mountains with chance of isolated rain. Mainly clear over rest of the Sultanate with chance of cloud advection and isolated rain along coastal area of South Al Sharqiyah and Al Wusta governorates.”
The sea will be rough in some places with maximum wave height of 2.5 metres.
