Two killed while carrying out maintenance work of a well In Oman

Muscat: Two persons were killed when the wall of a well collapsed on the workers carrying out the maintenance work of a well in the Wilayat of Al Khaboura in North Al Batinah Governorate. Rescue teams are continuing their search operation to locate other missing persons.

In a statement, the Civil Defence and Ambulance Authority (CDAA), said: “Rescue teams of the CDAA in North Al Batinah Governorate responded to a report of collapse of earth on workers while they were carrying out the maintenance work of a well in the Wilayat of Al Khaboura.”
