Muscat: The football season is nearly upon us, and wherever fans are experiencing its thrills, Vodafone in Oman has them covered from now until the end of the year with its exciting ‘We Fan Together’ campaign. Paying tribute to a football-loving nation, Vodafone is taking the fan experience digital, connecting sports supporters as football fever takes over the region in this season unlike any other.
Bringing the creative campaign together is a dedicated microsite https://togetherwecan.digital/wefantogether/ created to provide access to a wide range of specially curated content for the public to enjoy and download for free. From the campaign’s adrenaline-pumped song, also titled ‘We Fan Together’, to fun football sound-bites, picture-editing features, GIFs and stickers, fans can showcase their love for the game in their own way. Details on packages, plans and upcoming events will also be available on the microsite.
Vodafone is also launching a ‘Victor Predictor’ game available through the App from 14th November 2022. Registered customers will be able to take part, answering daily questions on the games for a chance to win great-value prizes throughout the football season – the bigger the games, the bigger the prizes.
Staying connected during the tournament will be simple, too. Vodafone customers journeying from Oman can take their home tariff with them, enjoying the benefits in Qatar. Special Visitors Plans are available for those coming to Oman, along with two new International Calling Add-ons, with international minutes that can be used in 32 countries.

Other activations as part of the campaign also include the Fan Academy from Vodafone Qatar, where the coolest coaches teach participants how to be the best fan ever. From make-up, costumes and cheering to etiquette and hosting, those completing the academy will get to enjoy more opportunities to win more prizes. Football fever will also be taking over Vodafone’s social media platforms with competitions, polls, and all-together engaging content from social media personalities and football fans.
