Vladimir Putin announces the annexation of 4 Ukrainian regions

Muscat: Russian President Vladimir Putin announced that Russia had four new regions in a speech.

Vladimir Putin the Russian President has announced his readiness to stop the fighting and negotiate.  The European Union strongly rejects and condemns the decision to annex the regions to Russia.
