House used for illegal activity raided in Muscat Governorate

Muscat: Muscat Municipality has raided a house in the Wilayat Baushar used by Arab workers for engaging in unlicensed activity.

"In coordination with the Royal Oman Police and the Public Prosecution, the Muscat Municipality seized an apartment in Baushar, inhabited by Arab workers, who were preparing and selling meals in commercial quantities. This is in violation of health regulations and requirements, including violation of the regulations and administrative decisions regulating the use of buildings in the Governorate of Muscat, " Muscat Municipality said in a statement.
