His Majesty Sultan Qaboos congratulates King of Cambodia

Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said has sent a cable of congratulations to King Norodom Sihamoni of the Kingdom of Cambodia on the occasion of his country's National Day.
In his cable, His Majesty expressed his sincere congratulations along with his best wishes of good health and happiness to King Sihamoni and the friendly people of Cambodia further progress and prosperity.
