201 expat workers deported from Oman

Muscat: More than 200 workers were deported from Al Buraimi province, according to the Ministry of Manpower.
"A total of 201 workers were arrested and deported last month from Al Buraimi province," the Ministry Of Manpower announced online.
In October, Royal Oman Police arrested 46 people from various nationalities for entering the country illegally, including 21 in Dhofar, 14 in Buraimi, six in North Batinah and five in Muscat.
ROP also said that they had deported 114 people from Arab, Asian and African nationalities in coordination with their respective embassies, while 339 people, including 32 women, are being investigated before taking legal action to deport them to their respective countries.
