Three killed, nine injured in Oman bus crash

Muscat: Three people have been killed in a road crash near Adam, Royal Oman Police (ROP) tweeted on its official twitter handle.
According to police, 38 passengers were on board a bus heading towards Adam when it collided with another vehicle.
"A collision between a bus carrying 38 passengers and another vehicle 10 kilometres after the Ghaba rest stop in the direction of Adam, resulting in the death of three people and wounding nine others with varying levels of injuries," ROP tweet said.
Police added that both vehicles were having Abu Dhabi number plates with a total of 40 passengers involved in the crash, of which 39 were Yemeni nationals, and one was Pakistani.
