Diplomatic Affairs Undersecretary receives US Special Envoy for Yemen

Muscat: Sheikh Khalifa Ali Al Harthy, Undersecretary of the Foreign Ministry for Diplomatic Affairs, received on Sunday Tim Lenderking, the United States (US) Special Envoy for Yemen.

The two sides reviewed the efforts exerted to help Yemeni parties forge a political solution that achieves peace and stability for Yemen and the region.

The meeting was attended by the delegation accompanying the guest and several officials from the Foreign Ministry.
