United Finance Company launches its Talent Development Program

United Finance Company, a leading financial services provider, recently launched its first ever talent development program that aims at building sustainable and unique skill sets to complement its transformation and people strategy.

The program will consist of various elements such as specialized training modules, coaching, skill-based E-learning programs, rotations, and special projects which will result in building and sustaining a performance-based culture.
