His Majesty the Sultan sends cable of greetings to Cape Verde President

Muscat:  His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has sent a cable of greetings to President Jose Maria Neves of the Republic of Cape Verde on his country’s National Day.

In the cable, His Majesty expressed his sincere sentiments to President Neves and the people of his country.
