Technical inspection of vehicles resumes in Oman

Muscat: Suspended since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic, the technical inspection procedure for vehicles resumed in the Sultanate from Sunday in line with the system in force before the pandemic.

"The Directorate General of Traffic would like to draw everyone's attention that starting today, June 12, 2022, the technical inspection procedures have been implemented for all vehicles to be examined in accordance with the law and system in force before the Covid-19 pandemic. People can complete the renewal procedures via the electronic application, " the Directorate General said in a statement.
