His Majesty the Sultan congratulates President of the Philippines

Muscat:  His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has sent a cable of congratulations to President Rodrigo Duterte of the Republic of the Philippines on his country’s Independence Day anniversary.

In his cable, His Majesty the Sultan expressed his sincere greetings and best wishes to the president and to his country’s people.
