Omani Cultural Days begin in Italy

Muscat: The Omani Cultural Days organised by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Youth have begun in Italy to achieve cultural communication between the Sultanate of Oman and the countries of the world.

"The activities of the Omani Cultural Days begin in the Italian capital, Rome, organised by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Youth in the Colosseum Archaeological Park, with the aim of achieving cultural communication between the Sultanate of Oman and the countries of the world through culture and arts. It will continue until June 10," Oman News Agency (ONA) said in a statement.

His Excellency Sayyid Said bin Sultan Al Busaidi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Youth for Culture, said that the Ministry is keen to attend international events that enhance cultural communication between the Sultanate of Oman and other countries of the world. ‎It is an opportunity to promote the Sultanate and introduce the Omani culture and highlight the arts that it abounds in various fields.

His Excellency adds that these international participations are an opportunity to enhance Oman's presence in the international arena at the technical level.
