Soil collapses over workers in Oman

Muscat: Debris from a mountain fell down on two workers at a worksite in the Al Khoud area of Wilayat of Seeb. However, rescue teams were able to get them out in time and gave them medical care.

The Civil Defence and Ambulance Authority (CDAA) said: “The search and rescue teams at the Civil Defence and Ambulance Department in the Governorate of Muscat managed to rescue two people after debris fell on them in the Al Khoud area of Wilayat of Seeb.”

CDAA calls upon institutions and companies to adhere to safety procedures during project implementation for the safety of all.
