EA announces service hours in line with flexible working system

Muscat: The Environment Authority has allocated timings for providing services to its beneficiaries in line with the flexible working system.

"In implementation of the lofty directives of His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik to implement the flexible working system in all units of the state’s administrative apparatus that apply the civil service law and its executive regulations, and in the interest of the authority to provide high quality services to customers and beneficiaries, it was decided that the working hours for providing these services will be from 8 am until 3 pm, " Environment Authority said in a statement.

The Ministry of Labour also confirmed that service outlets will be available from 7:30 in the morning until 3 in the evening, and that its electronic services are available around the clock, within the framework of the application of the flexible working system.
