Illegal workers arrested, deported from Oman

Muscat: 91 illegal workers were deported in Al Buraimi, announced the Ministry of Manpower (MoM).

"Last month 91 illegal workers were arrested and deported in Al Buraimi," the Ministry of Manpower said in a tweet.

Earlier this year, the Royal Oman Police arrested 222 people trying to enter the Sultanate and deported 272 infiltrators in May.

Thanks to the collaboration with the Royal Army of Oman 67 infiltrators were arrested in Al Buraimi, 53 in Muscat, 48 in Al Batinah, 15 in Dhofar and three in Al Dhahirah.
