Oman's fish production decreases

Muscat: The Sultanate recorded a 30 per cent decrease in fish production during January due to weather fluctuations.

Oman News Agency (ONA) said: “Fish production in the Sultanate of Oman decreased by 36.2 per cent during the month of January with a production of 62,217 tons, compared to 97,498 tons in the same period last year; due to fluctuations in weather conditions and climatic conditions."
