Oman, US launch joint air exercise

Muscat: A joint air exercise by the Royal Air Force of Oman with elements of the US Air Force, commenced today and will end on May 19, 2022.

The exercise includes multiple training areas that simulate virtual environments that fit the roles of the participating air units and the tasks they carry out in accordance with the general plan of the exercise and the national goals pursued by it.

The implementation of this exercise comes within the framework of plans to maintain the efficiency and combat readiness of the members of the armed forces, in order to achieve the operational goals of the weapon and the national tasks and duties assigned to it in the various fields of national duty.
