Draft Notary Public Law amendment discussed in Oman's State Council

Muscat: The State Council on Tuesday discussed the draft amendment of some provisions of the Notary Public Law, referred by the Council of Ministers.

During its 5th regular session for the 7th term, the Council reviewed the aforesaid draft amendment and the opinion of the Legal Committee, in preparation to submit it to His Majesty the Sultan.

The session, which was held under the chair of Sheikh Abdulmalik Abdullah Al Khalili, Chairman of the State Council, also covered a set of other topics, including “The Efficiency of Public Expenditure in the Sultanate of Oman” and “The Future of Water in the Sultanate of Oman”.
