Ingredients
1/2 cup dark chocolate pieces
1/4 cup cream
1/2 cup whipped cream
1/2 cup chocolate cake ( crumbled )
1/ 2 cup Sugar syrup
10- 12 Cherries
Chocolate flakes for garnish
10 miniature glasses for serving
Preparation
In a sauce pan, gently heat the dark chocolate pieces and cream on slow heat.
Once it melts, turn off the flame and leave it aside to cool.
On cooling,stir in the whipped cream and whisk well to combine.
Reserve some whipped cream for garnishing.
For assembling
Take miniature glasses, fill the bottom with chocolate cream mix, add the crumbled chocolate cake and pour sugar syrup, drop in a few cherries and fill the top with chocolate cream.
Repeat for all the miniature glasses.
Garnish with whipped cream, cherries and chocolate flakes.
Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
