CDAA puts out fire in a dumpyard in South Al Sharqiyah Governorate

Muscat: A fire that broke out in a dumpyard in South Al Sharqiyah Governorate has been extinguished.

"The Authority's Operations Center received a report about a fire in waste in the Wilayat of Jalan Bani BuAli in the South Al Sharqiyah Governorate, where the fire was dealt with, and no injuries were recorded," Civil Defence and Ambulance Authority (CDAA) said in a statement.

The authority calls for the waste not to be accumulated randomly and to be disposed of in safe ways in order to avoid risks.
