Ramadan Special: Share your Iftar

‘Whoever feeds a person breaking his fast will earn the same reward as him, without anything being lessened from the reward of the fasting person.’

If you know a friend who is alone during Ramadan, invite him to join you for Iftar.  Ramadan is a time for bringing people together and sharing  the blessings of Allah. If you are alone during the Holy Month, find others who are likewise separated from family, and host your own Iftar meal. Multiply your rewards in the
blessed month by providing Iftar to someone less fortunate.

Fasting Health Tips
Heart patients who are fasting should eat their Iftar at regular intervals, and avoid food with high fat and salt content. Patients should also consult their doctors for all serious conditions, in order to arrange medicine dosage and timings.
