As part of its endeavour to continuously develop its human capital through specialised training courses in the areas that serve its customers and further its strategic plans, United Finance Company SAOG (UFC) recently organised a ‘Customer Relationship Management’ workshop for its staff.
Conducted by Elevate Management LLC, the 2-day workshop was attended by all customer facing staff, and aimed to develop their skills in identifying and meeting customers’ needs, as well as acquainting them with the best international practices in managing customer relationships. As part of the workshop, 50 innovative ideas were also collected from the participants with a motive to create a ‘wow’ experience for UFC’s customers.
