Muscat: Saudi Arabia has decided to increase the number of pilgrims this year to one million, and those over 65 will not be allowed to perform Hajj.
Oman News Agency (ONA) said: "The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has decided to raise the number of pilgrims this year to one million, and that this year’s pilgrimage will be for the age group less than 65 years, with the requirement of immunisation with doses of COVID-19 vaccines and a negative result of PCR examination of a sample taken within 72 hours before the departure date to the Kingdom."
