Muscat: The Chairman of the Consumer Protection Authority (CPA), has met suppliers, owners of factories and companies related to the trading and selling of iron to discuss the rise in iron prices in the Sultanate of Oman’s markets.
CPA reported that His Excellency Sulayem bin Ali Al Hakmani, Chairman of the Authority, met suppliers, owners of factories and companies related to the trading and selling of iron in the Sultanate, to discuss the rise in iron prices in light of the scarcity of iron ore availability due to global economic conditions. In this context, the challenges they face and ways to find appropriate solutions to them were discussed.
