His Majesty Sultan Qaboos congratulates Ecuador president

Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said has sent a cable of congratulations to President Lenin Moreno of the Republic of Ecuador on the occasion of his country's Independence Anniversary.
In his cable, His Majesty the Sultan expressed his sincere congratulations and best wishes to President Moreno and the Ecuadorian friendly people.
