Man rescued after fall from mountain in Oman

Muscat: A man who fell off a mountain in Nizwa this morning is being treated for moderate injuries, according to a statement by the Public Authority for Civil Defence and Ambulance (PACDA).

“We would like to inform you that the rescue team was able to reach him and transport him in an ambulance to a hospital in moderate health,” PACDA said.

At 10:30 this morning, PACDA received a report of an individual falling off a mountain.

According to PACDA's statement earlier this morning, rescue and ambulance vehicles were working at the scene.
