Muscat: 500 wild trees have been planted by Oman Water and Wastewater Services Company (OWWSC), in the sewage treatment plant in the Wilayat of Sur, South Al Sharqiyah Governorate.
A statement issued online by OWWSC said: "In cooperation with the Environment Authority, 500 wild trees were planted in the sewage treatment plant in the Wilayat of Sur as part of the company’s participation in the national initiative to plant 10 million wild trees."
