An evening with English footballer Gazza, in Oman

Muscat: Former England international and footballing legend Paul Gascoigne is set to visit Oman on October 12. The visit is part of a tour of the GCC that will include Oman, UAE and Bahrain.
Gazza will take questions on his sporting career at a Muscat hotel and tickets are priced at OMR30 a head.
It will be followed by dinner, raffle and sports auction. The 50-year-old began his career at the Newcastle youth team and retired at Boston United in 2004. His international career for the England national squad spanned 10 years from 1988-98 where he made 57 appearances, scoring 10 goals.
Gascoigne has been described by the National Football Museum as ‘the most naturally gifted midfielder of his generation.’
