House raided in Muscat

Muscat:  A residential house in the Wilayat of Seeb has been raided by Muscat Municipality for housing expats who are bachelors.

"With the support of the Public Prosecution and the Royal Oman Police, the Muscat Municipality in Seeb raided a house in the Wilayat for violating the landlord’s local order No. 23/92 regarding the regulation of buildings in the Governorate of Muscat and housing bachelors in a residential neighborhood," Muscat Municipality said in a statement.
