Dr. al Hasshami added, "The value of sold deeds reached more than OMR67 million spread among 3,040 transactions. Government proceeds from these sales reached OMR2.5 million. Of the mentioned transactions, 622 were in Muscat."
During June, 11,577 deeds were issued, 3,010 of which were to newly registered land.
The MoH also said, "One hundred and fifty deeds were approved to be granted to female locals of Samail, Dakhiliya."
Aggregate mortgage values reached OMR122.5 million. The report noted, "Muscat alone contributed 1,202 mortgage actions, compared to the rest of the Sultunate's 346."
