Muscat: The Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning has launched the Amlak platform with 59 electronic services. The trial will last for a period of four months.
The Oman News Agency (ONA), said in a statement, “The Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning launches the “Amlak” platform in its trial version for a period of four months, which includes 59 e-services in order to provide integrated digital services with ease and convenience.”
The platform aims to facilitate access to electronic services, follow-up on transactions, define and follow up performance indicators, support the recently launched call center, achieve accuracy and transparency, and provide services through all channels.
