Accident has disrupted traffic on this road

Muscat: The Royal Oman Police (ROP) has warned people coming from Muscat towards Al Dakhiliyah to drive cautiously due to an accident that has occurred on the road.

"Heavy traffic congestion on the road coming from Muscat towards Al Dakhiliyah before the cement bridge 'Al Jifnain' area due to a traffic accident. Users must exercise caution, and abide by the precautionary driving," Directorate General of Traffic said in a statement.

The Directorate General added that policemen are in place to deal with the incident.
