Indian School Ibri students make school proud

Muscat: The students of class XII of Indian School Ibri passed with flying colours in the CBSE exams that were held in March 2017. Ashik Nazeer topped the batch with a 93.8 per cent average, while Mekhi Datta came in second and Nimi Nizar secured third position with 92.8 per cent and 91.6 per cent averages respectively.
The lowest individual percentage this year was 67.6 per cent. The school offers only Science stream.
The toppers in various subjects were: English: Ashik Nazeer, Asma Aalam Muneeruddin, Mekhi Datta, Priya Elizabeth Raju and Vishakh Dominic Vijayakumar (95); Mathematics: Adharsh K.A. and Ashik Nazeer (98); Biology: Nimi Nizar (96); Physics: Ashik Nazeer (94); Chemistry: Ashik Nazeer, Priya Elizabeth Raju and Mast Vishakh Dominic Vijayakumar (95); Multimedia and Web Technology: Mekhi Datta (94).
The School Management Committee and principal congratulated the students, for their outstanding performance, and the teachers for their efforts.
