Power supply almost completely restored in North, South Al Batinah: Official

Muscat: Electricity supply has been almost completely restored and is currently at 99 per cent in South Al Batinah and 95 per cent in North Al Batinah according to officials.

His Excellency Dr. Mansoor bin Talib Al Hinai, Chairman of the  Authority for  Public Services Regulation (APSR), confirmed in a statement to the Oman News Agency and Oman TV, the return of electricity service in the mountain villages of Wadi Al-Hawasna and said that 99 per cent of restoration work was completed, and that work is continuing in Wadi Bani Omar to restore the current completely in the coming hours.
