His Majesty the Sultan greets President of Vietnam

Muscat:  His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik has sent a cable of greetings to President Nguyen Xuan Phuc of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on his country’s National Day.

In the cable, His Majesty expressed his sincere sentiments and best wishes to President Phuc and the friendly people of his country.
