Only Omani drivers can transport these goods

Muscat: Only citizens can drive transport vehicles carrying certain material. 

"Vehicles transporting agricultural materials, fodder and weeds, food, water and fuel can be driven Omanis only. This is a move to further Omanisation," the Ministry of Labour said in a statement on Tuesday.

Small and medium enterprises are permitted to employ only one person as a merchandise distributor involving transport of agricultural materials and food, the statement added.
