Omani executives win IFSEC Global Influencers award

Muscat: Two Omanis win IFSEC Global Influencers in Security and Fire award issued by Global News Centre for Security and Safety.

Oman News Agency (ONA) said: "Two Omani executives win IFSEC Global Influencers in Security and Fire award, in the field of cyber security issued by the World News Centre for Security and Safety honouring global influencers."

Engineer Badr bin Ali Al Salhi, Director General of the National Centre for Information Safety at the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology, and President of the Regional Center for Cyber Security of the International Telecommunication Union, received the award in the category of executives and leadership in cybersecurity.

Maysa Al Dhanki, Assistant Director of Cyber Security at Ernst & Young Muscat, won the award in the Cyber Security Users category.
