Oman crime: Three arrested for theft

Muscat: Three people have been arrested in Oman for theft in a Gulf country, the Royal Oman Police (ROP) said in a tweet on its official twitter handle.
“They were arrested in Buraimi and they are of African nationalities. They were wanted for stealing large sums of money from a Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) country,” the ROP tweet added.
Investigators were able to track the movements of the perpetrators and determine their whereabouts. The stolen state funds were recovered in Buraimi.
