Oman's efforts for sustainable development reviewed

Muscat: Sultan bin Salim Al Habsi, Secretary General of the Supreme Council for Planning (SCP) received at the SCP building yesterday Mahmoud Mohieldin, Senior Vice President of the World Bank Group for the 2030 Development Agenda, United Nations Relations, and Partnerships.
The meeting reviewed the Sultanate's efforts with respect to 2030 agenda to achieve the sustainable development within the framework of the Ninth Five-Year Development Plan (2016-2020) and the future vision Oman 2040. The meeting also discussed aspects of cooperation in the fields related to planning and development and means of enhancing them, as well as exchanging viewpoints on issues of common concern.
