Travellers told to carry medical prescriptions in Oman

Muscat: Travellers must bring their medical prescriptions in order to avoid any legal troubles.

The Royal Oman Police said: "When travelling, make sure that you have the prescription for your medicines to avoid legal accountability."

ROP officials explained: "Sometimes some medicines are not allowed into the Sultanate without a prescription because they are suspected of having some narcotic substances."
