Electricity in Al Dhahirah restored

Muscat: The Oman Water and Wastewater Services Company (OWWSC), has announced the return of electricity to the wells feeding the water networks in Al Dhahirah Governorate.

A statement issued online by the OWWSC said in a statement: "Oman Water and Wastewater Services Company would like to inform the subscribers of the return of electricity to the wells feeding the water networks in Al Dhahirah Governorate, and that water service will gradually return to all subscribers in the Wilayats (Ibri and Yanqul) within 24 hours. As the company apologises to its subscribers for this interruption. The OWWSC calls on everyone to take the necessary precautions and rationalise consumption as much as possible."

 "We are happy to receive comments and reports via the E-Diam application or the 1442 call center," added the statement.

On Saturday June, 19,2021, a power outage occurred in the wells feeding the water networks in the Wilayat of Ibri and Yanqul in Al Dhahirah Governorate, due to the storm.
