Covid-19: ROP urges all to stick to decisions of Supreme Committee

Muscat: The Royal Oman Police (ROP), has urged people to adhere to the decisions of the Supreme Committee to deal with COVID-19 during Eid Al-Fitr.

A statement issued online by Oman News Agency (ONA), said: “The Royal Oman Police reinforces its efforts during the blessed Eid Al-Fitr period to achieve the highest levels of security in light of the COVID-19 pandemic, through pre-preparation and police deployment in all wilayats of the Sultanate to implement procedures for dealing with the pandemic.”

“The Royal Oman Police urges citizens and residents to continue to adhere to the decisions of the Supreme Committee to deal with COVID-19 and not to practice the customs followed on Eid days such as gatherings and family visits in order to preserve their health and safety.”
