Muscat: His Highness Sayyid Fahd bin Mahmoud Al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for the Council of Ministers on Sunday received Prince Faisal Farhan Al-Saud, Foreign Minister of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
At the beginning of the meeting, the guest handed over a written message for His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik from the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud of the KSA. The message is related to the bilateral relations and supporting fields of the joint cooperation between the two brotherly countries, as well as countries of the region. Prince Faisal conveyed greetings and best wishes of the KSA King to His Majesty the Sultan.
The meeting reviewed the strong, growing relations between the Sultanate and the KSA stemming from the firm bonds binding the two countries’ brotherly people.
The meeting also reviewed current issues pertaining to supporting the GCC March and the latest regional and international developments, as well as issues of common concern.
Sayyid Fahd asked Prince Faisal to convey greetings and best wishes of His Majesty the Sultan to King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud.
Prince Faisal reaffirmed the deep, historic relations between Oman and KSA and the constructive cooperation between them. He underscored the importance of the fields of joint cooperation between the two sides in various spheres in support of the strong, fraternal ties.
The meeting was attended by Sayyid Badr Hamad Al-Busaidi, Foreign Minister.
